Masters’degree (second division) from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission in relevant subject.
For The Subject Of Commerce
1. Master’s degree (second division) in Commerce from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission; or
2. Master’s degree in Business Education (second division) after having Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; or Master’s degree in Economics (second division) after having Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; or
3. Master’s degree in Business Administration (second division) after having Bachelor’s degree in Commerce; or
4. Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance (second division) after having Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
For The Subject Of English Shorthand
1. Masters’ degree (second division) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Higher. Education Commission preferably in English, Urdu, Islamiat, Pakistan Studies, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Marketing, Law,
Management, Commerce or Information Technology; and
2. Diploma in Commerce with English shorthand as a subject.
