Application form may be submitted along with 3 x attested photocopies of the credentials/certificates/relevant documents, CNIC, Domicile and 3 x passport size pictures in a sealed envelope marked with the specific post at the address “COMMANDANT FC HOSPITAL, HEADQUARTER FRONTIER CORPS (NORTH) FORT BALAHISAR PESHAWAR”.
Applicants have to deposit a postal order of Rs. 500/- (For Ser 1-11) and Rs. 200/- (for Ser 12 & 13) in the name of Headquarter Frontier Corps (North) Fort Balahisar Peshawar. d. Employees of Govt/ Semi Govt/ Autonomous/ Semi-Autonomous Bodies can apply; however Departmental Permission Certificates will be required before interview.
