- All members of the Commission will be employed on a full-time basis on such salary, terms and conditions as prescribed by the applicable rules, but not less than MP-1 pay scale.
- In case any in-service officer is selected through competitive process, he/she shall either resign from Government Service or seek early retirement before joining the Commission.
- A Member shall cease to hold office on attaining the age of sixty- five years or the expiry of the term, whichever is earlier.
- Applications on the prescribed format shall be submitted only through “Online application Form available at Ministry’s job portal (http://careers.commerce.gov.pk/tdrc) within 15-days from the date of advertisement.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
- NO TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
