- Applications duly filled/completed in all respect along-with 2-attested photographs, copies of experience certificates/discharge certificate, education testimonials, domicile and CNIC should reach the office of the Assistant Registrar (Admin) along with Pay Order/Bank Draft (any bank) or through bank Challan from HBL Quaid-i-Azam University Branch of Rs.1,000/- non-refundable drawn in favour of Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad on or before 15-days from the date of publication of advertisement, during office hours.
- Application form may be obtained / downloaded either from Administration Section/Admin Block of the University or from university web site i.e. www.qau.edu.pk
- Incomplete applications or the applications received after due date, will not be entertained.
- Age relaxation will be admissible as per Federal Government Rules.

- Selected candidate’s will be governed by the Quaid-i-Azam University Statutes.
- Selected candidates will have to produce fitness certificate from the University Medical Centre, QAU, Islamabad.
