- Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of publication of the advertisement.

General Instructions/Information:
- The duration of the contract appointment will be for 01 year, extendable under the rules/provisions of PC-Is. Age relaxation of the upper age limit is permissible as per the Establishment Division’s O.M No. 9/2/91-R-5 dated 24/06/2010.
- Age will be calculated from the closing date for submission of applications.
- Advance copies of the application will not be entertained.
- Candidates already in service should send their applications through the proper channel.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be entertained.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be called for the Walk-in test/interview.
- Eligibility of candidates will be determined based on academic qualifications, domicile, age, etc.
- The information provided in the application forms will be verified in case of appointment. If false or forged information is discovered, the DHO reserves the right to cancel the candidature and initiate legal action.
- 02% Disability Quota and 05% Minority Quota are observed as per the Establishment Division’s O.M No. 34/3/86-R-V dated 25/11/2022 and O.M No. 4/15/94-R-2 dated 26/05/2009, respectively.
- Provincial/Regional quotas will be observed according to the Establishment Division’s Notification No. F.No. 4/3/90-R-2(Pt-1) dated 24th August 2020. Any subsequent changes or clarifications in policy will be followed.
- No TA/DA will be provided for attending the test/interview.
- The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or postpone the recruitment process at any stage.
