Position Details:
- Position Title: Project Director (Civil Works)
- Number of Posts: 01
- Salary Package: As per the Government of Balochistan’s prescribed rates for PSDP projects.
- Age Limit: Minimum 45 years, Maximum 62 years at the time of appointment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum 16 years of education in relevant fields such as:
- B.S (Honours) in Engineering
- Master’s degrees in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), Project Management (MPM), Public Health (MPH), Public Policy (MPP), or other related fields.
- Additional professional certifications are preferred.
- Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in Project Management or related fields.
- Candidates must have intermediate or advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals, particularly the Government of Pakistan’s project planning & management processes and procedures.
- Experience in Balochistan will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the civil works and construction processes for the establishment of the 500-bedded teaching hospital.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and project management practices.
- Coordination with the Government of Balochistan and relevant stakeholders.
