Vacant Positions
1. Grievance Redressal Officer (01 Post)
- Education: Minimum 16 years in Public Administration, Sociology, Social Work, Anthropology, or Statistics from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 4 years in complaint management, grievance redressal, or customer service roles.
2. Grievance Redressal Officer (GRMIS) (01 Post)
- Education: 16 years in IT or Computer Science from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in system administration, helpdesk support, or user management—preferably with grievance platforms.
3. Gender Based Violence (GBV) Associate (01 Post)
- Education: 16 years in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, or Law from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 3 years in GBV/SEA/SH complaint handling, training, and prevention. Preference for those with World Bank/foreign project experience.
4. Gender Associate (01 Post)
- Education: 16 years in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, or Law from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in gender mainstreaming, awareness, community engagement, and documentation. World Bank/foreign project experience preferred.
5. Social Safeguard Associate (01 Post)
- Education: Master’s in Social Sciences, Sociology, Agricultural Sciences, or Environmental Sciences.
- Experience: At least 3 years in environmental and social safeguards or social development. Preference for donor-funded project experience.

- Consultant selection will follow the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020), Section VII, para 7.36.
- Attention is drawn to conflict of interest clauses in Section III, paras 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the same guidelines.
