Terms and Conditions

Eligibility & Selection

  • Must be Punjab domiciled with minimum 16 years of education.
  • IT proficiency is essential; preference for those with survey/tablet experience.
  • Selection will be on merit and domicile basis, purely temporary, and non-permanent.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • NOC required for government employees.

Field Work & Agreement

  • Approximately 180 working days.
  • Additional 5% candidates will be trained; final selection based on training performance.
  • Must sign an agreement on Rs. 300/- e-stamp paper on first day of training.
  • Those trained but not joining fieldwork will not be paid for training.
  • Assigned any tehsil within their district.

Conduct & Termination

  • Poor performance or absence will result in termination.
  • No TA/DA for interviews or training.
  • BOS reserves the right to terminate or modify contract at any stage without reason.
  • No insurance or health benefits will be provided during the temporary engagement.
