Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve CASA and total deposit targets on a monthly basis.
- Manage customer portfolio and ensure relationship deepening.
- Develop strategies to meet allocated branch targets and ensure follow-ups with staff.
- Achieve account opening targets and introduce the bank to potential customers.
- Improve branch operations, ensure compliance with SBP guidelines, operational risk management, and audit rectifications.
- Implement policies, DCFC & RCSA with regular updates and reviews.
- Enhance customer service quality by optimizing processes and monitoring TAT of transactions.
- Maintain branch premises in a customer-friendly environment.
- Appraise branch staff monthly on their performance and potential.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HEC recognized/foreign university).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of banking experience (1 year in a similar role preferred).
- Age Limit: Up to 55 years (as of August 06, 2025).
