Head Alumni Relations
- Job Summary:
The Head of Alumni Relations will develop and implement strategies to actively engage and strengthen ties with UOL’s alumni. This role focuses on building a vibrant alumni network that enhances loyalty, promotes active involvement, and supports the university’s advancement efforts. - Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (HEC recognized)
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in alumni relations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the higher education sector
- Strong understanding of alumni engagement, volunteer management, and alumni communications
Head Stores & Warehouse
- Job Summary:
The Head of Stores & Warehouse will oversee all store and warehouse operations across the university and its teaching hospitals. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring compliance, implementing standardized procedures, and leading automation for efficient management of supplies. - Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant technical field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in warehouse/store operations, including 4–5 years in a senior leadership role (preferably in a university, hospital, or institutional environment)
- Advanced expertise in SAP MM and related modules, including inventory control, material master data, goods movement, and reporting
