2. Treasurer (BS-20)

  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Ph.D. in Finance/Commerce/Accounting/Auditing/Economics (HEC recognized) with 8 years relevant experience, OR
    • MS/M.Phil. in the same fields with 10 years relevant experience, OR
    • MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, ACMA, or M.Sc. Economics (2nd Division) with 12 years relevant experience.

3. Controller of Examinations (BS-20)

How to Apply

  1. Download the prescribed job application form from the university website https://uoj.edu.pk.
  2. Submit three sets of the application dossier (hard copies) on the prescribed form along with:
    • Detailed CV
    • Attested copies of Degrees/Certificates/Transcripts
    • Experience Certificates
    • CNIC, Punjab Domicile, and 2 recent photographs
  3. Applications must reach the Registrar Office, University of Jhang, on or before August 18, 2025.
  4. Deposit a processing fee of Rs. 5000/- (Non-refundable) in Account No. 6510198074500019 at any BOP branch and attach the original paid challan with the application.
  5. Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through the proper channel with required NOC/Certificates.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Candidates must read all instructions carefully before applying.
  2. Applications without the prescribed form, documents, or fee will not be entertained.
  3. Advance copies may be sent but must be supplemented with NOC within 15 days of the closing date.
  4. The University reserves the right to withhold/cancel appointments or reject applications without assigning any reason.
  5. Authenticity of documents rests solely with the applicant; false information will lead to disqualification.
  6. Candidates dismissed/terminated or penalized by any university/government body are not eligible.
  7. Only post-qualification experience of BS-17 and above or equivalent will be considered.
  8. Private sector experience will only be accepted if the organization is registered with SECP/Registrar of Firms or other regulatory authorities.
  9. Experience from recognized firms/NGOs must be supported with proper registration/incorporation details.
  10. Daily wage, part-time, visiting, honorary, apprenticeship, internship, or research associate roles will not count as experience.
  11. Foreign degree holders must provide HEC/IBCC equivalence certificates.
  12. Age relaxation may be granted as per Government/University rules.
  13. The recruitment process is subject to approval of the Competent Authority.
  14. The University is not responsible for courier delays.
