Vacant Positions
Chief Operating Officer
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s degree/16 years of education with at least 15 years of experience in multilateral donor-funded projects, public sector companies, UN agencies, disaster management, rural development, project planning, and infrastructure development.
Company Secretary
- Qualification & Experience: Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Law, or equivalent. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, including 3 years as a company secretary in a reputable organization.
Social Safeguard Officer
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s in Social Sciences, Sociology, Development Studies, or related field with experience in social development, community mobilization, voluntary resettlement, livelihood restoration, and grievance redressal. Preference for candidates with ADB/IDB project experience.
GRM (Grievance Redress Mechanism) Officer
- Qualification & Experience: Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field with 2–3 years of relevant experience. Preference for donor-funded project experience.
Contract Management Officer
- Qualification & Experience: Degree in Procurement, Law, or Business Administration with 7–10 years of proven experience in contract negotiations and management. Preference for World Bank donor-funded project experience. Master’s/PGD is an added advantage.
WASH Specialist (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene)
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with expertise in design/implementation of community-based infrastructure projects, sustainability, and climate resilience. Experience with Asian/World Bank projects preferred.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
- Qualification & Experience: Degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Public Policy, or Economics with at least 3 years’ experience in monitoring & evaluation systems for development projects.
Assistant Manager Finance
- Qualification & Experience: ACMA/ACCA/ACA with at least 3 years of experience OR MBA (Finance)/M.Com with at least 6 years of experience in reputable organizations or Big 4 audit firms.
Assistant Manager (Disbursement & IT)
- Qualification & Experience: MBA/M.Com/ICMA/ACCA/CA (Finance) or Master’s in IT with at least 5 years’ experience in the public or private sector.
Environmental Support Officer
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in Environmental Science, Climate Change, or Sustainability (Master’s preferred) with at least 5 years’ experience in environmental management or similar roles.
Project Officer
- Qualification & Experience: Master’s in Social Sciences or related field with 5 years’ relevant experience in community mobilization. Strong computer and communication skills required. Experience with children/disabled persons is an added benefit.
GIS Officer
- Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, Engineering, or related field (specialization in GIS and Remote Sensing preferred). Minimum 10 years’ total work experience including 5 years in GIS, data collection, and analysis. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS GIS required.
