Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of PRSP’s Risk Management & Compliance Framework in line with organizational policies.
- Conduct risk assessments, monitor emerging risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, donor, and internal compliance requirements.
- Provide strategic risk insights to senior management and the Board.
- Train staff on risk awareness, fraud prevention, and compliance protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting from an HEC-recognized university, OR Member of a Professional Accounting Body (CA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Professional certification in CFA, FRM, CRMA, or CIA is required.
- At least 15 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit (for Master’s degree holders) OR 10 years for members of professional bodies.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and management skills.
