Branch Operations Manager – Operations Group (AVP-I / VP)
Location: Sargodha
Number of Positions: 01
Major Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative, financial, and operational branch functions as per Head Office/SBP SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with internal/external audit and SBP regulations.
- Review daily vouchers, monitor suspense & sundry ledgers, and manage General Ledgers.
- Act as custodian of Cash Key-B and ATM lock (backup of Cash Manager).
- Maintain and reconcile branch inventory (furniture, stationery).
- Supervise profit accruals, withholding tax deductions, and insurance claims.
- Handle duplicate instrument issuance, deceased account payments, and refund claims.
- Ensure implementation of dress code, staff credential confidentiality, and branch security.
- Manage cheque book records, ATM captured cards, inward/outward mail, and unclaimed accounts.
- Submit accurate statements to FD & SBP.
- Perform branch opening (HOD) and end-of-day (EODM) duties as required.
- Ensure high standards of operational quality assurance and documentation.
