Consultant (MP-III) – 01 Post
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- LLB (Foreign or Local) or Barrister-at-Law.
- At least 03 years’ experience in public or private sector, preferably in International Commercial Arbitration.
- Experience in drafting/reviewing Conventions, Agreements, MoUs, Contracts, and other legal documents.
Professional Credentials & Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the public sector preferred, followed by state-run corporations/entities, and then reputable private corporations.
- Strong understanding of International Law, with ability to render legal opinions on policy and regulatory matters.
- Legislative drafting experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to represent at national and international forums.
- Commitment to professionalism, integrity, discipline, teamwork, and leadership.
