Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- Purpose of Role: To lead IT strategy, manage ERP/core solutions, ensure compliance, and drive digital transformation aligned with the corporation’s strategic goals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain ERP/core IT solutions.
- Manage IT resources, data centers, and technology infrastructure.
- Provide transformational leadership for IT & digital initiatives.
- Develop IT strategies supporting innovation and efficiency.
- Conduct BPR/BPI to enhance organizational performance.
- Identify new technology trends for competitive advantage.
- Education: Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science/IT. Preference for postgraduate achievements (Masters in IT/Information Science/Business). HEC/PEC recognized institutions only.
- Experience:
- 20 years overall in technology/management.
- At least 5 years in leadership roles (CIO/CTO or equivalent).
- Preference for candidates with ERP/Core Insurance solutions implementation at enterprise level.
