1. Shariah Scholar (AVP-I/AVP) – No. of Positions: 01
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in issuing Shariah rulings, including Takhassus fil Ifta period.
- At least 5 years post-qualification experience in teaching or R&D within Islamic Banking & Finance.
- Preference for candidates with Takhassus fil Fiqh / Takhassus fil Ifta certification.
- Strong understanding of Islamic Finance, Fiqh-ul-Muamalat, Usul al-Fiqh, and Fiqh methodologies.
Qualification
- Shahadat ul Aalamiyyah (Darse Nizami) plus a Bachelor’s degree, OR
- Postgraduate degree in Kulliyyatush Shariah, Kuliyyah Usooluddin, LL.M (Shariah) or equivalent.
Job Responsibilities
- Review product proposals, documents, agreements, manuals, checklists, and forward to Shariah Board.
- Conduct Shariah research and analysis under State Bank of Pakistan guidelines.
- Prepare responses to client Shariah queries and coordinate with RSBM.
- Ensure rectifications and compliance with SBP inspection reports and Shariah Board directives.

Experience Requirements

Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized national/international university.
- PPRA certification holders will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of goods, services, and consultancy as per PPRA rules.
- Handle complete procurement cycle: requisition → RFP → tendering → evaluation → negotiation → contract award → vendor monitoring.
- Publish RFQs/Tenders and finalize bidding processes on PPRA e-PAD system.
- Ensure cost optimization, transparency, accountability, and compliance.
