Educational Background
- 4-Year Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 16 years of HEC-verified education is mandatory.
- All degrees must be attested by HEC.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or related roles.
- Preferred certifications:
- Six Sigma
- CMQ/OE (Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence)
- Additional certifications in leadership or project management will be an advantage.
Responsibilities, Skills & Competencies
- Oversee software quality assurance throughout development cycles.
- Review system requirements, design documents, and test plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and security policies.
- Monitor quality metrics and lead improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate between development and operations teams to resolve testing defects.
- Prepare quality assessment reports for senior leadership.
- Plan and execute Quality Audits.
- Strong command over QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and quality standards.
- Expertise in test planning, defect tracking, and process evaluation.
- Ability to lead QA teams and manage complex testing tasks.
- Strong multitasking ability and capability to work under pressure.
- Skilled in evaluating software/equipment specifications against requirements.
