Business Development Officer (BDO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase branch business by marketing deposits and Islamic banking products
- Cross-sell wealth management and other Shariah-compliant financial solutions
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Ensure full compliance with Shariah, audit, service quality, and regulatory standards
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized university/institute
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Maximum age 28 years as of December 31, 2025
Age Relaxation (2 Years) Applicable For:
- Hafiz-e-Quran
- Candidates who have completed Dars-e-Nizami or Shahadat ul Almiyah with HEC equivalency
