- The age of candidates will be calculated according to the last date of application submission, as per Sindh Civil Servants (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024, Rule 7.
- Five years age relaxation will be allowed according to the Government of Sindh notification No. SOII(SGA&CD)5-64/2011 (Part-II) dated 06-03-2025 issued by the Services, General Administration and Coordination Department.
- Quota for initial appointment will be implemented according to the Government of Sindh rules, policies, and laws.
- Candidates already serving in government departments must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department before applying and must present the original NOC during the interview before the Departmental Selection Committee.
