Manager Data Science (Digital Banking Group)

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Developing, deploying, and utilizing Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based models.
- Identifying and procuring relevant data for AI/ML model development and advanced data analytics.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where advanced analytics and AI/ML can improve business performance and customer experience.
- Supporting customer segmentation and customer lifecycle management teams through AI/ML solutions.
- Establishing best practices for model development including:
- Feature engineering
- Validation
- Drift monitoring
- Enforcing model governance standards including:
- Documentation
- Bias testing
- State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) compliance
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized local or foreign university.
Experience
- Up to 07 years of banking or non-banking experience.
Age Limit
- Maximum age limit is 55 years as on the date of application.
