Educational & Professional Qualifications

  • Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from a local or international university, college, or institute recognized explicitly by the HEC of Pakistan.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 01 year of banking sales experience in managing financial products.

Outline of Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual commercial sales targets relating to account opening, deposit growth, and consumer financing.
  • Conduct daily field-based customer and market visits for both New to Bank (NTB) and Existing to Bank (ETB) clients across Conventional and Islamic Banking segments.
  • Fulfill designated deposit targets via managing and expanding the liability portfolio assigned by the bank management.
  • Handle high-value liability portfolios using a proven, empathetic understanding of customer behaviors, balance fluctuations, and seasonal market trends.
  • Actively identify client attrition risks within the current portfolio and implement timely, calculated corrective adjustments to successfully retain deposit balances.
  • Leverage prior financial sector experience across diverse customer demographics to offer highly suitable, tailored liability solutions.
  • Secure cross-sell targets for diverse bank-offered products, specifically consumer assets and insurance products, across Conventional & Islamic Banking platforms.
  • Maintain superior service quality standards while interacting with banking customers to secure long-term business retention.
  • Resolve diverse customer queries and administrative issues in an amicable, highly efficient, and resourceful manner.
  • Ensure Tail Management procedures are met through the strategic activation of dormant accounts, promotion of the Digital App, usage of ATMs, and overall deepening of tail account balances.
  • Actively participate in recurring, large-scale Customer Contact Drives and Market Storming initiatives across assigned commercial zones.
  • Develop and maintain accurate Management Information Systems (MIS) and administrative business reports related to portfolio health as requested by supervisors.
  • Ensure rigorous adherence and strict compliance with national Banking Laws, SBP directives, internal instructions, and standard regulations.
  • Address and fulfill audit requirements and observations related to daily operations (both internal and external audits) and adopt proper measures to curtail error recurrence.
  • Maintain a strictly Shariah-compliant environment while performing operations at designated Islamic Banking windows within the respective region.
  • Guarantee that all active operational processes are executed seamlessly within the bank’s predefined Turnaround Time (TAT).
  • Ensure that all internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are precisely followed as per the governance policies of the bank.
  • Perform any other strategic operations or assignments properly assigned by the designated supervisor or Team Leader.
