Terms and Conditions

  1. Criteria Compliance: Candidates must strictly possess the defined education, experience, age limits, and height standards.
  2. Age & Height Relaxations: Special relaxations in height and education may be granted for sports personnel and specific trades. Furthermore, an upper age limit relaxation of up to 5 years can be given in accordance with Government of Pakistan rules.
  3. NOC Requirement: Candidates already working in any government department must bring a formal No Objection Certificate (NOC) signed by the Head of their Department.
  4. Single Application: A candidate is permitted to apply for only one post at a time.
  5. Punctuality: Candidates arriving after the designated registration time and date at the centers will not be included in the testing process.
  6. Mandatory Documents: Candidates who fail to bring their original educational credentials, domicile, or CNIC/Form-B will be barred from appearing in the tests.
  7. Mobile Phone Ban: The use or possession of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside the selection centers/examination halls; no entry will be allowed with a device.
  8. Parking Prohibitions: There are no parking provisions or facilities available for private vehicles, motorcycles, or cycles at the recruitment centers, so candidates must avoid bringing them.
  9. Luggage and Safety: Candidates must avoid bringing unnecessary luggage or bags. The department will not be held responsible for the safekeeping of personal items or baggage.
  10. Test Methodology: The selection process will comprise a formal Written Test, Psychological Exam, Trade/Skill Test (where applicable), Medical Examination, and a Physical Test which includes a mandatory 2-Kilometer Run and Pull-ups.
  11. Ineligibility: Individuals convicted by a court of law, dismissed or terminated from any government service/armed forces, or those declared medically unfit or discharged on disciplinary grounds are strictly ineligible. Providing fake or forged information will also lead to immediate disqualification and legal action.
  12. Medical/Interview Calls: Only candidates who successfully clear the initial testing stages and feature on the shortlist will be called forward for final medical boards and interviews.
  13. No TA/DA: No Travelling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates for appearing in any test or interview stage.
  14. Final Selection Discretion: The decision of the Selection Board/Department is absolute and final, and it cannot be challenged at any forum. No changes or adjustments will be made to assignments or trades after the final selection takes place.
