1. Vaccinator (Male & Female)

  • Total Posts: 25
  • Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (Upper age relaxation of 5 years for male candidates and 8 years for female candidates as per Punjab Government Policy).
  • Educational Qualification:
    • F.Sc. (2nd Division) from a recognized Board, along with a Vaccinator License/Diploma or SIS Qualification issued by a government-approved institution/authority. OR
    • F.Sc. (Science) (2nd Division) from a recognized Board, along with a 2-year Vaccinator Diploma / SIS Qualification issued by a government-approved institution/authority.
  • Note: Candidates with relevant field experience and computer proficiency/skills will be given preference.

Terms and Conditions

  • Nature of Job: The hiring is purely temporary and on a contingent-paid basis for 89 days. Selected candidates cannot claim regularization, contract status, or seniority based on this experience.
  • Tenure: The appointment duration will not exceed 89 days and will automatically stand terminated upon completion. However, subject to approval from competent authorities, a fresh hiring process may be conducted for further extensions if required.
  • Remuneration: Wages/remuneration will be paid in accordance with the daily/contingent budget approved by the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab. Deduction will be made in case of unauthorized absence.
  • Domicile Preference: Candidates holding a domicile of District Rawalpindi, Province of Punjab, will be given preference.
  • Fieldwork & Duty Assignment: Selected candidates can be deployed for field duties anywhere within District Rawalpindi as per program requirements. Performance will be monitored online and through EMR/other digital tools. In case of unsatisfactory performance, services will be terminated without prior notice.
  • Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation of 5 years for male candidates and 8 years for female candidates is applicable according to government policy. Age will be calculated as of the last date of application submission.
  • No Separate Call Letter: No separate call letters or interview notices will be issued individually. Candidates must appear for the interview on the specified date and time as per schedule.
  • Authority Rights: The competent authority reserves the right to increase, decrease, or cancel the advertised posts or postpone the recruitment process at any stage without giving prior notice or reason.
  • Rules & Regulations: Other standard rules, regulations, and instructions of the Government of Punjab regarding contingent hiring will remain applicable.
  • Non-Regularization: The posted position does not fall under regular cadre posts, and candidates cannot claim regular appointment or charge against it under any circumstances.
