1. Project Director / Program Head

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Age Limit: 55 Years (Maximum)
  • Salary Scale: PPS-11 (Lumpsum @ Rs. 796,000/- per month)
  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Project Management, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 10–15 years relevant experience in program / project management, preferably in the public sector; large-scale projects experience in mid-tier to senior positions; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

2. Manager Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Age Limit: 55 Years (Maximum)
  • Salary Scale: PPS-10 (Lumpsum @ Rs. 437,000/- per month)
  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Information Technology, PMP, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience: 5–8 years relevant experience in M&E or data analysis.

3. Manager Finance & Accounts

Terms and Conditions

  1. Appointment Nature: The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement.
