- Hiring of work-charge workers and contingent-paid staff will strictly follow the recruitment policy of the Government of the Punjab. All positions are purely temporary and convey no right for regularization or permanent absorption.
- Work-charge / contingent-paid staff will be engaged during the financial year on a need-basis as required.
- Selected work-charge / contingent-paid staff can be posted anywhere under the jurisdiction of Market Committee Fruit and Vegetable Market.
- Preference will be given to candidates residing local to the Market Committee area.
- Work-charge / contingent-paid staff will be paid strictly according to government-approved rates and budget allocations.
- Work-charge / contingent-paid staff will be responsible to the Administrator, Market Committee Lahore.
- The competent authority reserves the right to terminate or dispense with the services of work-charge / contingent-paid staff at any time without prior notice.
