- First Division for a degree means:
- CGPA 3.0 out of 4.0 under the semester system.
- Minimum 60% marks under the annual examination system.
- Required degrees must be obtained from HEC, PEC, Board of Technical Education, or other Government-recognized institutions, as applicable.
- Candidates with O-Level or A-Level qualifications must provide an equivalence certificate issued by the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC).
- Candidates holding foreign degrees must provide an HEC equivalence certificate showing division, percentage, or CGPA.
- All required educational qualifications and relevant experience must be completed by the closing date of the advertisement.
