Job Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Governance & Ethics framework within the Bank of Punjab. The role focuses on ensuring that AI and Machine Learning (ML) models are developed and used responsibly, transparently, and ethically while complying with international standards and regulatory requirements.
Major Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement an AI Governance & Ethics framework, including policies, standards, and guidelines aligned with global regulations and principles, such as:
- EU AI Act
- NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)
- OECD AI Principles
2. Establish AI risk assessment methodologies, including:
- Bias audits.
- Impact assessments.
- Model explainability checks.
3. Define AI model lifecycle governance, covering development, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
4. Ensure AI and Machine Learning models follow ethical principles, including:
- Fairness.
- Accountability.
- Transparency.
