Relationship Manager – SME / Senior Relationship Manager SME (Conventional)
Grade: Band 10 to Band 8

📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing clients while developing new SME clientele.
- Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals in compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) prudential regulations.
- Market and sell banking products to achieve assigned KPIs and business targets.
- Provide financial advisory services to both existing and potential customers.
- Ensure completion of all pre- and post-sanction/disbursement formalities.
- Obtain “DAC” from RCAD for assigned credit relationships.
- Meet Turnaround Time (TAT) standards set by SBP and internal procedures.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Preference for Master’s degree holders.
💼 Experience Requirements:
- Band 10: Minimum 2 years of relevant banking experience.
- Band 9 to Band 8: Minimum 4 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years of relevant experience.
