Regional Sales Manager (Consumer Banking Group)

Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from HEC recognized local or foreign university
Experience:
- Up to 9 years of banking experience
- Preference for candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- Develop customer and business strategies and ensure effective execution
- Plan and execute marketing and sales campaigns with proper coordination
- Promote cross-selling of banking products across branches
- Ensure consistent business development and growth in retail banking
- Strengthen existing customer relationships and expand product penetration
- Ensure compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines and internal policies
- Approve/sign accounts and EDDs as per defined operational manual
- Handle customer complaints efficiently with high satisfaction levels
- Train and ensure branch sales staff have strong product knowledge
- Build brand image and awareness among customers
- Meet corporate, institutional, and high-value clients for business development
