Relationship Manager-SME (Consumer Banking Group)

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities
- Strengthen and deepen relationships with existing targeted clientele.
- Develop and onboard new client relationships.
- Prepare and process credit proposals/renewals for assigned clients in accordance with SBP prudential regulations and Head Office guidelines.
- Market and sell relevant banking products.
- Achieve allocated business targets as per KPIs.
- Provide financial advice to existing and prospective clients.
- Sell appropriate bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Ensure completion of all pre- and post-sanction/disbursement formalities.
- Obtain issuance of “DAC” from RCAD for assigned credit relationships.
- Ensure SBP-defined or internally defined Turnaround Time (TAT), PPMs, and procedures for credit processing are met.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s Degree.
Experience:
- For Band 10:
- Minimum 02 years of relevant banking experience.
- For Band 9 to Band 8:
- Minimum 04 years of banking experience.
- At least 02 years of relevant experience required.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 55 years as of March 10, 2026.
