- Educational Qualifications:
Ph.D. / M.Phil / MS in Education, School Administration, Educational Leadership (preferably), or any related field from an HEC-recognized institute. - Academic Requirements: Minimum 1st Division / 2.5 CGPA / 60% in the highest degree.
- Experience:
At least 8-10 years of administrative experience in renowned Matric/Intermediate schools or colleges with over 800 students. B.Ed. / M.Ed. (preferably). - Age Limit: 40-55 years.
Terms & Conditions:
- The position is non-transferable.
- This is a contract-based position for 3 years. The contract may be renewed annually based on satisfactory performance.
