2. Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

How to Apply

The application procedure is divided into two distinct pathways depending on the job serial number:

For Stenographer & Junior Clerk (Serial No. 01 & 02)

  2. Fee Payment: Pay the test processing fee of Rs. 800/- through 1Link 1Bill participating banks, ATM, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or TCS Express counters.
  3. Submission via NTS: After successful online submission, send the hard copy of the printed application form along with the original bank deposit slip directly to the NTS Headquarters address specified on the NTS form. Physical documents do not need to be submitted to the Hyderabad Court office for these posts at this stage.
  4. NTS Deadline: Online registration and receipt of physical applications at NTS must be completed by 07-07-2026 before 03:00 PM.

For Naib Qasid & Sweeper (Serial No. 03 & 04)

  1. Manual Application Form: Candidates must use the manual application format provided at the bottom of the advertisement. Fill out your Name, Father’s Name, CNIC, Date of Birth, Qualification, Domicile/PRC, Experience, Contact Number, and Address accurately.

  • Verification of Originals: All candidates must bring their original educational certificates, degrees, valid CNIC, Domicile, and PRC documents at the absolute time of the final interview.
  • No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Daily Allowance will be paid to any candidate for appearing in the written tests, skill assessments, or interviews.
