- Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Media Monitoring: Continuously monitor major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube etc.), track emerging narratives and potential misinformation related to ECP, develop real-time tracking for viral content, and identify/categorize misinformation sources.
- Fact-Checking & Verification: Systematically verify claims/statements on digital platforms; cross-reference with official sources, electoral data and authenticated records; prepare detailed fact-check reports with cited evidence; develop rapid response protocols to address electoral misinformation.
