Qualification & Experience:
- Ph.D. in Law with at least 7 years professional experience/practice in High Court/Supreme Court of Pakistan; OR
- Master’s in Law with at least 9 years experience/practice in High Court/Supreme Court.
- Preferably experienced in service matters of government/corporation employees.
- Maximum Age: 62 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance on all litigation matters.
- Monitor court cases and expedite their disposal.
- Provide legal opinions, vet documents, prepare para-wise comments for court.
- Develop standard guidelines for case processing.
- Represent the Establishment Division in courts as a departmental representative.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by senior officials.
