Trainee Branch Service Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling & Transactions: Manage deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy; balance cash drawer daily.
- Customer Service: Deliver professional and courteous assistance, resolve customer queries, and promote bank services.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure transactions follow bank policies, AML, and KYC regulations; maintain proper documentation.
- ATM & Vault Support: Assist in ATM balancing, replenishment, and minor troubleshooting; perform cash vault duties.
- Account Services: Support account opening/closing, deposits, fund transfers, and updates.
- Risk Management: Adhere to security protocols, report suspicious activities, and protect customer data.
- Sales & Promotion: Identify opportunities for cross-selling savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
- Administrative Support: Assist in filing, data entry, and other branch operations as needed.
