Assistant Law Officer – 01 Post

Age Limit: 22–40 Years

Qualification

  • Second Class Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university
  • Candidates with higher qualifications will be preferred

Experience & Skills

  • Excellent legal drafting skills with strong proficiency in English
  • Ability to draft judgments, orders, and official correspondence
  • Prior legal experience with sound knowledge of court proceedings and legal forums
  • High Court practice license holders will be given preference

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain legal files (electronic and hard copy)
  • Ensure effective communication with legal teams at Head Office (Islamabad) and Regional Offices
  • Assist in harassment and property rights complaints
  • Support and conduct awareness campaigns
  • Carry out legal research using national and international legal databases
  • Handle legal matters with confidentiality and professionalism
  • Monitor legal case status and ensure proper follow-ups
  • Prepare legal agreements, forms, and provide legal advice to parties
  • Perform additional administrative and financial responsibilities at the Regional Office
