Principal (Female)

Required Qualifications:
- PhD / MPhil / MS in Education, School Administration, Educational Leadership (Preferably)
- Or a degree in any other subject from an HEC-recognized institute
- Minimum 1st Division / 2.5 CGPA / 60% in the highest qualification
- B.Ed / M.Ed will be preferred
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 8–10 years of administrative experience
- Experience must be with a reputable Matric / Intermediate school or college
- Institution size should be over 800 students
Age Limit:
- Maximum 55 years
Nature of Appointment:
- Non-transferable post
- Initially appointed on a contract basis
- After six (06) months observation period with positive feedback, a three-year contract may be awarded
- Contract is extendable on an annual basis based on performance
