The Finance Department of Balochistan is launching a project to implement an automation system in the local government Financial Management System. We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team for various roles on a one-year contractual basis (extendable based on operational needs).
Available Positions:
- Consultant SAP-FI – 01 Position
- Consultant SAP-HR – 01 Position
- SAP Basis Expert – 01 Position
- Office Manager – 01 Position
- Logistics Officer – 01 Position
- Office Assistant – 01 Position
- Support Staff Officer – 01 Position
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultant SAP-FI: Implement SAP FI solutions, assist in budgeting and reporting through SAP, and ensure compliance with public sector laws.
- Consultant SAP-HR: Configure SAP HCM HR module, handle payroll and pension roll management, and support SAP end-users.
- SAP Basis Expert: Administer SAP systems with Unix OS, handle installations, upgrades, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Office Manager: Provide administrative support, manage project documents, and assist in meeting and event organization.
- Logistics Officer: Handle logistics and arrange technical staff visits to project sites.
- Office Assistant: Provide administrative assistance and maintain office records.
- Support Staff Officer: Perform administrative duties like processing dak and dispatch.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: 16 years of education (preferably in computer/social sciences for technical roles).
- Experience: At least 5 years post-qualification in relevant fields, with certification in SAP for technical roles.
- Location: Quetta (with required travel to districts).
- Contract Duration: 1 Year (extendable).

- The appointment is contractual, and may be extended based on operational needs.
