How to Apply for Latest SH&ME Department Punjab Jobs?
- The above positions are being offered on a contract basis, extendable (subject to satisfactory performance) under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004 (amended till date) of the Government of the Punjab and as detailed in PC-I.
- Age relaxation will be applicable as per government policy.
- Disabled Persons shall attach proof of registration from Social Welfare Department along with Disability Certificate.Transgender are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates having domicile of Punjab shall only be eligible to apply.
- These vacancies are post specific and non-transferable.
- No TA/DA will be admissible to the candidates for the test/interview.
- Candidates already working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Bodies should apply through the proper channel.
- Submission of fake documents or concealment of any fact will lead to disqualification of the candidate at any stage of the recruitment process or during service.
- Only the degree issued by the universities/institutes recognized by the HEC or reputed foreign university with HEC equivalence, will be considered.
- The degree program must be HEC recognized on or before the closing date of the application.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
- The date & time of the interview will be communicated through email/SMS by the concerned department.
- Original documents along with a set of attested photocopies will be provided by the applicant at the time of the interview.
- Candidates will bring all degrees attested by HEC at the time of the interview, otherwise, they will not be allowed to appear in the interview.

- The candidates are advised to submit their application form along with deposit slip of prescribed fee of Rs. 500/- as processing fee (non-refundable) through online application to NTS.
- Fee will be paid only through 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easypaisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters by using 20 digits invoice numbers generated in your fee slip.
- Applications submitted by hand or any other means will not be entertained
- The candidates will be issued roll number slips through NTS and the date of written test shall be communicated through NTS website.
- Candidates shall have to produce original documents at the time of interview.
- Candidates having at least 50% marks in NTS test will qualify.
- Last date for submission of applications is 30th August 2024 till 12:00 AM.
