Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- First Class Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
Experience:
- At least 16 years of professional experience in Grade 17 or above, or an equivalent position in a national or international postgraduate educational institution.
Required Expertise:
- Proven track record in multidisciplinary organizational development.
- Institutional management and human resource management.
- Personnel and statutory management, including public relations.
- Resource mobilization, including academic infrastructure development.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capability to work collaboratively and inspire teams.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age limit is 62 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and provide operational support across the university.
