- (ii) A 06-month MS Office Certificate course from an institute recognized by the Sindh Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board.

Terms and Conditions
- (1) Eligibility Check: Only those applicants who strictly fulfill the specified terms, qualification, and experience criteria listed for the post should apply via the Sindh Job Portal.
- (2) STS Test Requirement: Candidates must have cleared the General Screening Test (Graduation Category) conducted by Sukkur IBA Testing Services (STS) with a minimum score of 40% marks and must possess a valid certificate issued by STS, which is a mandatory requirement for appointment to the above posts.
- (3) Age Calculation & Relaxation: The age of the applicants will be calculated from the final closing date of application submission. Upper age relaxation will be granted as per the Sindh Civil Services (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules 2024, Rule 7. However, a general relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit is applicable as clarified in the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department (SGA&D) notification No. SOII(SGA&D)564/2011(Part-II) dated 06-03-2025.
- (4) Women/Minority Quotas: Quotas for employment will be strictly implemented in accordance with the prevailing laws, rules, and policies of the Government of Sindh regarding initial appointments.
- (5) Government Employees: Applicants already employed in government service must obtain an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their respective parent department before applying and must produce the original copy of the NOC at the time of the interview.
- (6) Original Documents: Candidates are required to bring along their original qualification degrees, certificates, experience certificates, and other supporting documents when appearing before the Departmental Selection Committee for the interview.
- (7) Shortlisting: Only eligible and shortlisted candidates will be formally called for the interview.
