Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have a degree in Law from a recognized University entitling the candidate to practice law or be a member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland.
- Must be an advocate with at least 2 years of active legal practice after enrollment with any Bar Association as per Rule 7.10 read with Rule 7.18 of The Punjab Legal Practitioners and Bar Council Rules, 2023, fulfilling Rule-7 of Punjab Judicial Service Rules, 1994.
- Age Requirement: Minimum 22 years and maximum 35 years as of 04.04.2026.
Quota Reservation:
- 3% quota for differently-abled persons under The Punjab Disabled Persons (Employment and Rehabilitation Ordinance, 1981, as amended through Ordinance, 2015).
- 5% quota for Minorities as per Government of Punjab Notification No. SOR-III (S&GAD) 1-35/93, dated 27.03.2010.

Terms and Conditions
- A written examination will be conducted covering law and other subjects as per Notification No. SOR-III (S&GAD)1-13/2025, dated 08.04.2025, by the Regulations Wing, Services and General Administration Department, Govt. of Punjab.
- Candidates must secure 40% marks in each paper and 45% in aggregate to qualify for the psychological and aptitude test.
- The interview/viva voce will carry 300 marks, with a minimum passing score of 150/300 (50%). Success in the interview is mandatory.
- The written examination date will be communicated later to the candidates.
- Answer books of the examination will be disposed of three months after the appointment of successful candidates. No representation regarding answer books will be entertained after that.
- Success in the recruitment process is subject to fulfilling all eligibility, quota, and examination criteria as per the Lahore High Court rules.
