Job Opportunity: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to align financial strategies with company objectives and vision.
- Provide strategic financial leadership and contribute to key decisions as part of the Executive Management team.
- Oversee and direct the Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, and Risk Management departments.
- Ensure the financial performance of the organization aligns with long-term goals, budgets, and forecasts.
- Represent the company at senior levels with regulatory authorities such as MP&NR, FBR, External Auditors, and the Public Account Committee.
- Foster and maintain outstanding relationships with banking institutions, vendors, and business partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Must be a member of a recognized professional accounting body (e.g., CA, ACMA, ACCA) or possess a Master’s degree in Finance from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in a C-level position in a medium to large-sized organization.
- Age: Not more than 55 years.
- Strong communication skills with experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders.
