Eligibility Criteria:
Financial Management Specialist (PPS-09):
- Qualifications:
- ACA/ACMA/ACCA/CPA or Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting (e.g., MBA (Finance), MS Finance, M.Com)
- Experience:
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in financial management, audit, or accounting after acquiring the stipulated qualifications.
Procurement Specialist (PPS-09):
- Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree or BS 4 years (minimum 16 years of education) in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and contract management at the national or international level in the public or private sector, or 7 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Substantive knowledge of procurement policies, processes, and procedures with extensive practical experience.
Other Information:
- Place of Duty: Islamabad with frequent visits to provinces.
- Contract Basis: The positions are on a contractual basis.
