- Appointments shall be made on Contract Basis under the “Contract Appointment Policy 2004 initially for a period of 03 years extendable subject to good performance.
- Complete applications along with attested copies of all educational certificates/ degrees / diplomas/ copy of domicile, CNIC, work experience certificates if any and two latest passport size photographs must be submitted in the office of the Medical Superintendent Govt: Syed Muhammad Hussain 360 bedded General cum TB Hospital Samli Murree.
- In case of ‘O’ and ‘A’ Level, equivalence certificate must also be submitted.
- Applicants must present original documents at the time of Interview
- Age relaxation in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD Notification & Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- Quotas shall be observed as recruitment Policy 2022.
- Recruitment shall be made strictly on merit in accordance with the “The Contract appointment policy, 2004 Recruitment Policy & instruction issued from time to time by the Government of the Punjab.

- Candidates shall submit duly filled in application form (Online), along with deposit slip of prescribed fee in favor of NTS, copy of CNIC and 2 recent passport size photographs along with all relevant documents (Educational and Experience certificates) are to be sent directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on the application form.
- Candidates shall have at-least 50% marks in NTS to pass the test.
- However, shortlisting for interview will be done as per criteria defined by the department.
- Shortlisted candidates after passing NTS tests will be called for Interview and informed accordingly.
