How to Apply for Latest Health Department Jobs?
- Interested candidates must submit dully filled application form alongwith attested photocopies of required documents not later than 25 June, 2024 at Director General Health AJK Office D-Block New District Complex Old Secretariat Muzaffarabad AK.
- Training will be restricted to AJK State Subject holders only.
- Candidate must mention contact details, choice of specialty where applicable (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and choice of institution (1st, 2nd & 3rd if applicable) in their application. Choices once exercised will not be changed afterwards.
- If choice is not mentioned then decision will be placed at the discretion of the training committee.
- PG Slots/seats will be filled purely on ment basis.
- Candidate must clearly mention total marks & marks obtained in all professional exams of MBBS equivalent alongwith percentage and attempts.
- Applicants of Public Sector Medical Colleges will be credited 05 marks.
- No marks will be given to applicants of Private Sector Medical Colleges/Seit finance as well as students from abroad.
- DOH Adhoc/contract employees are encouraged to apply through proper channel (covering letter from respective DHQ/MS/ Commandant).
- The pre-requisite qualification/experience missing for any specialty not mentioned in this advertisement will be decided as per CPSP mandatory requirement.
- Forgery tempering in any document of applicants if found noticed during selection process will render selectee disqualified for training besides criminal proceeding
- Those applicants working on Adhoc/Contract basis shall bring written recommendations/NoC of head of their institutes that employees of Department of Health will resigniquit the job under rules if selected.
- Employees of Health Department will apply through proper channel.
- PG trainee will be bound to submit an affidavit undertaking to abide by hospital rules and regulation and will not participate in any kind of activities which are against norms of the institutes. If found guilty his/her training may be terminated without prior notice.
