Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resource Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of business operations. The role will support the alignment of HR strategies with business objectives and drive key HR initiatives across the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor HR teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with business heads to understand their HR requirements and provide solutions aligned with bank policies.
- Develop and nurture partnerships between management and employees to enhance communication and engagement.
- Oversee HR processes such as performance management, talent acquisition, learning & development, and more.
- Drive workforce planning and headcount management.
- Recommend and implement improvements to HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Focus on boosting employee morale and retention strategies.
- Lead HR projects nationwide and stay updated with industry trends.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Public Administration, or related field. HR-related professional certifications such as SHRM, CHRP, etc., are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of HR experience, with exposure to at least two HR functions. Experience in the financial sector is highly desirable.
- Proven success in managing HR functions and driving business alignment.
