How to Apply for latest Kohsar University Jobs?
- Applications should reach the office of the HR Section, Registrar Office till closing date i.e. 5th August 2024.
- Job Application Form can be downloaded from KUM’s website www.kum.edu.pk (Only Uploaded Job Application Form will be accepted). Job Application Form along with attested copies of educational testimonials and experience certificates and pay order/bank draft/challan form of Rs. 500/- for BPS-16 & 15, Rs. 300/- for BPS-14 & 13, and Rs. 200/- for BPS-11 & below, must be sent through courier. Hand-delivered applications will not be accepted.
- The applicant is required to submit processing fee in the favor of Treasurer Kohsar University Murree (Ac No. 2124005500057001, The Bank of Punjab Murree).
- Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained.
- Incomplete applications or applications without processing fee will not be entertained.
- The university has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts at any stage.
- Only Punjab domiciled candidates are eligible to apply.
- Applicants applying for more than one post shall submit separate Job Application Form with necessary documents, complete in all respect. Please clearly write the name of the post applied for on top right side of envelope.
- Applicants working on Regular / Contract / Project / Contract / Semi Government and Autonomous bodies including KUM employees must apply through proper channel and attach NOC and Experience Certificate issued from the present and former Appointing Authority of the University/Organization before closing of advertisement, otherwise their application shall be considered incomplete and liable to be rejected.
- The applicant who do not qualify for a pension upon attaining the age of superannuation shall be appointed on a contract basis, even if the position is advertised as a regular post, in case of selection.
- Considered regulatory bodies’ registration number/verification letter must be provided along with application form.
- Applicants having foreign degree as equivalent qualification as per advertisement will be required to submit equivalence certificate from HEC/IBCC/PMC/PEC, otherwise their application shall not be entertained.
- The applicant shall provide the original degree/certificates at the time of interview. In case the applicant fails to do so, his/her application will not be considered.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA shall be admissible.
- Quota (including minorities) will be observed as per Government of Punjab Direction.
- The salary of the selected candidates will only commence after the verification of educational documents/experience certificates.
- The verification fee will be paid by the selected candidate.
- The University reserves the right to reject or accept any application form without assigning any reason.
- The University reserves the right to withhold/cancel the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
