- . The EOI must be submitted online through CMS no later than 25th July 2024.
- Access to the online Request for Expressions of Interest and Terms of Reference (TORs) may be obtained at: https://www.adb.org/site/business-opportunities/operational-procurement/consulting.
- Further information can be obtained at the address below during office hours (0900 to 1600 hours).
- The Consultants must be registered with ADB’s CMS.
- The EOI submitted by the unregistered consultants will not be entertained.
